How It Works:


  1. Book Your Appointment:

    Purchase a consultation in my online shop and I will contact you to set up your consultation within 24 hours or contact me directly here about availability.

  2. Complete a Questionnaire:

    So that I can be prepared for your consultations, I’ll ask you to complete a questionnaire online at least 48 hours prior to your appointment.

  3. Initial Consultation:

    We'll discuss your garden goals, evaluate your space (virtually or in person), and provide immediate feedback.

  4. Personalized Plan:

    After the meeting, you'll receive a summary with detailed recommendations and actionable strategies that you can implement immediately in your garden or landscape.

  5. Ongoing Support:

    I offer follow-up consultations and continuous support to ensure your garden thrives.


Virtual Consultation

30 Minute Session:

Perfect for quick questions and advice on specific issues.

Cost: $50

60 Minute Session:

A more in-depth consultation to cover broader topics such as garden planning, plant selection, and seasonal maintenance.

Cost: $75

What you’ll receive: For any virtual coaching session, you will receive a summary of our discussion within 48 business hours. I’ll also include actionable next steps for garden success. Sessions are held via Zoom or Google Meet.

In-Person Consultation

A detailed, on-site evaluation that brings your garden vision to life with practical, tailored strategies.

Initial Consultation (1 Hour):

Includes an evaluation of your garden space, personalized advice, and a detailed summary with a recommended plant shopping list. I pride myself on well-researched and thorough recommendations. I also provide complimentary, unlimited e-mail follow-up questions regarding the consulted project. This includes up to 3 areas. Additional areas will be billed by the hour.

Cost: $150

Follow-Up Visits:

Additional visits to monitor progress and provide ongoing support. Cost: $25 per hour + travel costs

Travel Costs: No charge within 25 miles of Ashland, VA for initial consultation. Beyond 25 miles or for subsequent visits, travel is billed at the current IRS mileage rate.
